FHI provides an independent and impartial inventory record of your personal property items. Beta (Preliminary) testing for our unique inventory equipment and process began in 2010. FHI's offices is in, Summerfield and Pensacola, Florida.
FHI has a strong presence throughout Florida. Our newest location is located in Pensacola, Florida. Our Pensacola office offers full home and business inventory services to home owners and business owners for the panhandle of Florida and the State of Alabama. FHI is a member of the Lady Lake Chamber of Commerce, Central Florida Leads Group, Lake & Sumter Business Connection.

Our unique recording device and well-developed procedures permit FHI to pass on cost savings that are not currently in the home inventory industry. The price a Home Inventory Report varies depending on the size of your home. All our written estimates are firm and free. All FHI employees pledge not to disclose any details of our visit to your home or business to any third party. The pledge remains in effect during the employee's active employment with FHI and after the employee's employment has ended with FHI. FHI strictly enforces this pledge for all employees with no exceptions.
